Metaphor in Grammar Teaching


Grammar is just like the parts in the camera. I am the one who fix them all in the camera. Although with the same parts, the products (photos) will be difference. Moreover, if I miss a part in fixing the camera, it won't work well or the products will not be good.

Health is Wealth

A) Introduction
June is ‘Health is Wealth’ month and you have just accepted a job as a journalist for an online health magazine. You have been asked to design a brochure on alternative medicine for your company.

B) Task
Design and publish a brochure on alternative medicine giving 2 new discoveries and the benefits of alternative medicine.

C) Process
  1. Give your company brochure a name.
  2. Design a brochure using Word or Publisher and add pictures to make your brochure attractive.

A) Introduction
You have just opened a new restaurant that promotes healthy food and you want to introduce 2 new recipes to attract customers to your restaurant.

B) Task
Prepare a menu with 2 recipes (food and  juice) that shows the nutritional value and healthy benefits.

C) Process
1. Give your retaurant a name (something catchy and new).
2. Design a menu using Word and add pictures to make your menu attractive.
